Desert Nysteem

Illuminated by the sun planet Oryn, Nysteem desert stands alone, save for the city of NoxSol in its cracked heart. Formed of giant pyramids and a byzantine series of sandstone Monoliths, its position on the periphery of Paleris makes the Currosi’s chosen home one of the more remote and hardest to infiltrate locations on the planet.

Vernal Forest

Mighty oaks and lush greenery along the banks of river Trillium provide solace for life to flourish in Vernal Forest. Hidden by its radiant beauty, Elves have constructed an ode to nature in their center Ramythus. Enhanced with technological marvel and orderly design, the city is a beating heart of light and life. Vernal Forest is known for its clever traps and defenses.

Jangle

Among the dripping leaves and tepid air of a dense rainforest, known to the Tecutans as “Jangle,” is a myriad of interconnected vines and roots - most of which are the Tecutans themselves. Bright with bioluminescence and towering mushroom domes, The Spore serves as the center of life for Tecutans.

Warlan Heath

Sheltered by the river Trillium, the Parawer reside in the wind-swept central steppe of Warlan Heath. The callous Steppe provides enough support for their nomadic lifestyle, yet their greatest strength remains underground. A network of tunnels and connecting passages links The Sanctuary to the rest of the world.

Riven Wood

Dense and gloomy, Riven Wood is a mass of temperate evergreen forest, often subject to heavy rainfall. The Orc base, known as the Boneyard, lies in the midst of it and is, at first, virtually indistinguishable among the mass of green and brown. Their settlements gather around a crude battle arena termed the Waste Pits.

Gouwlian Divide

Upon arrival, the Souwls unleashed their Chaos to be their guide. As it led them North along the treacherous mountain region of the Gouwlian Divide, the Souwls knew this would make the perfect vantage point. Hidden by chilling rainfall and tall spikes, the cliffs are surprisingly lifeless and deathly quiet. Monumental cathedrals sit on ghostly precipices, connected by ornate bridges traversed by Souwl feet alone.

Frigid Wood

Among rocky and treacherous taiga terrain, few things can muster enough courage to survive, let alone thrive. A vast snow forest, known to locals as Frigid Wood, serves as a natural barrier and comfortable home for the Deseren. From bottomless ice caves to mountains swept clean by avalanches, the Northern-most part of Paleris isn’t keen on visitors yet is reluctant for them to leave.
