Tecutans

A race of fungi with large mushroom domes, Tecutans hold no fear of death or darkness. Flexible, intuitive, and ready to embrace change as they must, Tecutans are ready to preserve their place on Paleris.

Orcs

Brutish, fearless, and keen to take by force, no obstacle is too big for an Orc. Warriors travel far and wide to compete in Orc-made fighting arenas known as Waste Pits. Leader: Orc General Trombo

Elves

Analytical and meticulous, they are determined protectors of the “natural order” with a penchant for science and advanced technology. Leader: Queen Salvia Yosta

Parawer

Often misunderstood and underestimated, the Parawer are known to other races as “weeds” for their grit and tenacity. Despite their independent nature, they are developers of the only intraworld tunneling network to connect to the Sanctuary under Warlan Heath.

Currosi

To survive Nysteem’s notorious sand storms, one must know the Golden Path. With values of honor, bold action, and optimism, the Currosi rely largely on good fortune to bring them to victory. Leader: Priestess Selene

Deseren

Across northern heights, a race of solemn half-giants lives largely undisturbed. Skilled artisans and loyal warriors, Deseren are creatures of few words but generous actions. Leader: King Crudous Tumor

Souwl

Scheming, acutely intelligent, and secretive, Souwls can be ruthless and charismatic to get their way. Led by a chaos-ordained clergy, the Souwl are creatures of shadow.

Humans

A group of driven intellectuals, the humans, are desperate to stay alive and willing to do whatever it takes. Their arrival on Paleris is the spark to ignite the flames of a worldwide war. Leader: General Omar Amin.
