Community

Gaming communities are websites, forums, and message boards where fellow gamers engage with one another online.

Why is community important?

Community creates a connection between members in their community, thus leads to future collaborations to improve the community. Video games accurately present this social concept by establishing an audience centered on a specific video game franchise. This connection is presented by how video games create communities, players helping out newcomers get familiar with their community’s video game, supporting members by solving game issues, and how people united to organize a major tournament.

List of community feature will be present in the game are:

In-game Chat

In-game chat is what allows players of multiplayer video games to communicate with one another within the game they are playing versus using a third-party app, like Discord. In-game chat can be text-based or incorporate voice and video messaging capabilities depending on the game and/or platform the gamer is using.

This game will feature sharing options like instant gameplay, In-game streaming/record system integrated through third party application. Through which players can not only communicate but share gameplay files to one another.

Guild or Clan Creation

Guild is a group of players in a MMO game. Guilds can be large or small, and they may consist of players who know each other outside the game or players from many different geographic areas. These groups band together to defeat challenges in the game that require several players to complete and to socialize and connect with other players.

Guilds come in a variety of sizes and types. For example, a group of close friends who all play the same game online together might form a small MMO guild that consists of only the people they know. Other guilds are extremely large and may have hundreds of members. They may actively recruit online players to join their guilds, particularly players who possess in-game items and powerful armor that give them an advantage when fighting enemies in the game or completing difficult in-game tasks.

Some online games use other terms for guilds, such as clans or crews, but groups by these names operate very similar to an MMO guild in any other game. Fellow guild members are often referred to as “guildies'' by MMO players. Guilds often communicate through tools outside the game, such as instant messaging programs or through voice chat clients, such as Discord, Ventrilo, or TeamSpeak. Many guilds prefer communicating via voice chat to leave players’ hands free for the game, and some guild leaders, or guild masters, require members to communicate via voice chat during certain encounters or raids.

Forums, Discussions and Message Boards

Forums is a community website that brings together people across the globe who want to talk about video games. Players can discuss video game news, reviews, previews, bugs/issues and walkthroughs related to the game.

Insider Program

Insider Program is the official way for fans and community members to partner with developers to help improve the game. As an Insider, players will have the opportunity to provide feedback and insights that help shape the game. Insiders will also have exclusive opportunities to participate in public “flights” (hands-on playtests) of in-progress game releases and provide feedback to the development teams.
